About Angelina Estate and our services
Angelina Estate is a property and citizenship-and-residency advisory brand operating between İstanbul (Türkiye) and Lesvos (Greece). We help international clients find, purchase, renovate and manage property and navigate the Turkish Citizenship by Investment and Greek Golden Visa programmes.
Our services are advisory and facilitation services. They are not, and must not be relied upon as, legal, immigration, tax, financial or investment advice. Where formal legal or tax advice is required, we work alongside appropriately qualified professionals.
No guaranteed outcome
Decisions on citizenship, residency, visas and related applications are made solely by the competent government authorities of Türkiye, Greece and the European Union. We do not control and cannot guarantee any particular outcome, eligibility result, processing time or investment return. Programme rules, thresholds and requirements may change without notice.
